Ordering
We generally have a few frames in stock. Our turnaround time is anything from 2-6 weeks depending on what time of year it is. Summer is our busiest time.
We require a 33% non-refundable deposit on all orders with the balance being paid on completion. We retain legal title to all goods supplied by us until payment has been received in full.
We are happy to talk over your requirements and any queries you may have. We generally have a yurt up at our workshop for display purposes so please come and visit; you can get a good feel for what it is that you are after and we can satisfy any questions you might have.
We prefer either to deliver or to have you collect. This means we can go through erection and after care.
All our yurts are guaranteed for one year, having said that if anything crops up after a year we are happy to deal with it.
